All architectural renders, cinematic visualizations, design language prompts, and related assets available through DesignVault 3D™ and the Modish Federal Vault system are the exclusive intellectual property of Modish.Ai LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These works are protected under the United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright treaties.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, derivative works, or commercial use of any Modish.Ai LLC assets without a valid, executed license agreement is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

2. Cinematic Intelligence™ Trademark

"Cinematic Intelligence™," "DesignVault 3D™," and "Modish.Ai™" are trademarks and trade dress of Modish.Ai LLC and Modish Global Inc. (Nevada C-Corp). Use of these marks in commerce without written authorization is prohibited.

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on this system infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent containing all elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on this system
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Counter-notifications must include all required statutory elements and be sent to the DMCA Agent address above.

Modish Global Inc. maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

All renders generated by the Cinematic Intelligence™ engine are for visualization and procurement support purposes only. They are not certified engineering opinions and should not be used as the sole basis for construction, safety, or regulatory compliance decisions.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
