By accessing or using NUVARIS (the "Service"), operated by Modish Global Inc. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
NUVARIS provides AI-powered architectural visualization services including diagnostic rendering, design language application, and access to the DesignVault 3D™ library. All output is advisory in nature and does not constitute certified engineering opinions, licensed architectural drawings, or construction documents.
Access to the Diagnostic Engine requires a valid Enterprise Access Key. Keys are non-transferable and subject to usage limits. Misuse, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of access keys may result in immediate revocation without refund.
Cinematic Intelligence™, DesignVault 3D™, and all associated design languages are proprietary to Modish.Ai LLC (Delaware). Renders generated through the Service are subject to licensing terms based on your subscription tier. Free preview renders are watermarked and licensed for personal evaluation only. Commercial use requires a valid license agreement.
You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant Company a limited license to process your images through our AI rendering pipeline. You represent that you have the right to upload any content submitted and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
The Service enforces rate limits including renders per hour, renders per day, and monthly cost caps. These limits may vary by subscription tier and are subject to change with notice. Abuse of the Service, including automated scraping or bulk unauthorized rendering, will result in account termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RENDERS WILL MEET SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. ALL RENDERS ARE ADVISORY ONLY — NOT CERTIFIED ENGINEERING OPINIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
